End of March 2016 Round Up

Where did March go? It’s over already, but it has been a very busy one for us!

Cambridge Regional College

Rob gave a talk to a group of HNC students at the Cambridge Regional College on Wednesday 23rd March. It was a group of around 15 students who listened intently and then had quite a few questions in the Q&A that followed. Rob has been invited back to speak again and to also potentially run a workshop, to go into detail about some of the topics discussed.

Rob will also be giving a talk at a UKTI Export event held at Wyboston Lakes on Tuesday April 19th 2016. Rob’s talk will focus on the value of AdWords (pay per click) as a marketing channel in the worldwide export space. The UKTI actively encourages UK businesses of all sizes to export their goods and services all over the world. As a UKTI approved company we can give you fast track access to information, resources and matched funding to help you realise you’re exporting aspirations. Cambridge Style Week 2016

In other news, Nick took part in the annual Cambridge Style Week event, hosted at the Guildhall in central Cambridge. Nick helped select the music for each exhibitors runway show and played each selected track during the Friday and Saturday night shows. It was a massive success, attracting record crowds on both nights. Here’s a few photos from the event. Nick was accompanied by Rachel from Cambridge Web Marketing Co who was drafted in to help out backstage and with getting every seated in the right places on both nights!

New clients in March 2016…

Our client portfolio grew in March with new clients from many different sectors. We continue to work with more and more emergency locksmiths based throughout the UK – our newest addition is Fidler Locksmiths, based in Nottingham – we are running a very successful AdWords campaign for them. We have also started working with a video production company called Perspective Pictures who specialise in developing quality video content through documentaries and short films.

Illustrating the diversity of our client portfolio, this month we have launched an AdWords campaign for the Cheshire Sexual Assault and Rape Centre to help spread the word about the important services they provide. We are also delighted to be working with Eikonix, experts in the fields of gel documentation, colony counting and zone measuring, fluorescence imaging, live cell imaging, cell counting, cell analysis and stem cell research.

Something we dig…

Finally, we loved this video showing Ukrainian artist Zenyk Palagniuk creating an amazing portrait of Justin Timberlake using nails, thread and a lot of imagination. For this project he used 24 kilometres of thread, 13 thousand nails and 200 hours of working time. The final effect will take your breath away…
